We, Our, Us,
The Movement
We, Our, Us—the movement—is a vision of men from Baltimore and the vicinity who focus on consistent and collective action to strategically assist people, especially boys and young men, in obtaining resources that help guide them to productive pathways and move their goals forward from a unified energy.

CONNECTORS
We walk with boys and men to help them find what they need—support, services, and opportunities that move their lives forward.
PROTECTOR
We mobilize men and young men to take visible, positive roles in their neighborhoods as models of strength, accountability, and constructive behavior.
MEDIATORS
We step into conflict to help calm situations, open space for conversation, and work toward reconciliation before harm is done.
MESSENGER
We share the truth about what’s happening on the ground, lift up community solutions, and spread the message of unity through conversations, stories, and media.
Why Our Work Matters
Baltimore’s young people are growing up in the middle of real pressure—poverty, violence, and limited access to opportunity.
We Our Us responds with
A consistent presence of men on the streets and in neighborhoods across the city.
Unity walks and community engagement at key corners and gathering points.
Events and resource events that connect families with food, information, and practical support.
Relationships and guidance that help boys and young men see a path beyond the corner.
Our work happens in real time and in real places

Where families get connected to resources, services and support
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The transformative journey of Baltimore’s youth, facilitated by We-Our-Us, starts with a commitment to provide the best supportive services to the city’s young men.”
